Tuğçe Doğramacı Biesel is a Turkish-qualified lawyer focusing on cross-border matters with a German-Turkish connection, particularly in immigration law, contract law, commercial law and international legal matters. She advises individuals and businesses on matters involving Turkish law and international law, especially where legal relationships extend across Germany and Türkiye.
She studied law at Yaşar University in İzmir and has been registered with the Muğla Bar Association since 2023. Since 2026, she has also been a member of the Cologne Bar Association. Early in her career, she gained experience in immigration law at a United States-based law firm and later completed an LL.M. in International Commercial Law at the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom.
In 2026, she became one of the founding partners of Doğramacı Biesel Law Firm in Cologne. Her practice covers Turkish law and international law, with a particular focus on advising Turkish clients living in Germany, as well as individuals and businesses based in Türkiye with legal, commercial or personal connections to Germany. She supports clients in cross-border matters between Türkiye and Germany with a practical and internationally minded approach.

Jakob Doğramacı Biesel, LL.M
Founding Partner
Jakob Doğramacı Biesel is a German-qualified lawyer focusing on cross-border matters with a German-Turkish connection, particularly in corporate, labour, family, succession and immigration law. He advises businesses and private clients on matters involving Germany and Türkiye, especially where legal, commercial or personal relationships extend across both jurisdictions.
He studied law at the University of Bonn, specialising in European and international law, and holds an LL.M. in European and French law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. During his legal traineeship, he developed a particular interest in international business and labour law, and gained further academic experience at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer.
Following his postgraduate studies in Paris, he gained further experience in international legal work in binational law firms and later worked in Luxembourg, where he focused on cross-border corporate law and M&A. Since 2025, he has been a member of the Cologne Bar Association. In 2026, he became one of the founding partners of Doğramacı Biesel Law Firm in Cologne. He supports businesses and private clients in cross-border matters between Germany and Türkiye with a practical and internationally minded approach.
